Jennifer is a veteran software industry leader and executive. Her 25 years of experience is unique, spanning mass consumer products to disruptive cloud and software solutions. She has a successful track record in product innovation, optimizing operations and scaling public and private enterprise technology companies.
Prior to her role at PagerDuty, Jennifer was the CEO of Keynote Systems where she led the company to double-digit growth in profit and customer bookings before its acquisition by Dynatrace in 2015.
Jennifer has been featured by Bloomberg, Forbes, Fast Company and WSJ and is a popular speaker at global technology conferences including A16z Summit and Dreamforce.
She was named one of the Top 25 Women Leaders in SaaS by The SaaS Report in 2017, Stevie Awards Silver Winner for Female Executive of the Year and Best DevOps Solution Provider Exec by the 2017 DevOps Dozen awards.
