Stephanie M. Gantos serves as Vice President of Finance & Operations at Degreed, where she’s helped the Company grow to over 150 clients & 2 million seats sold in just over 3 years. Previously, she ran an early stage consulting firm, working with young companies to establish and perfect their finance & operations strategy. Ms. Gantos began her career as a Growth Equity investor at LLR Partners, focused on tech-enabled businesses. She holds a B.S. in Economics with honors from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
