Moti is a software executive and entrepreneur with 20 years of experience in the enterprise software market. He is the founder and CEO at vFunction. Moti was also the founder and CEO at WatchDox which he led since its inception until its acquisition by BlackBerry, growing the company to 100 employees and 300 enterprise customers, establishing WatchDox as a leader in the secure enterprise mobility and collaboration space.

Before co-founding WatchDox, Moti was the General Manager of the Application Management Business at EMC. He led the acquisition of nLayers, which established the business unit, and transformed nLayers into a profitable business. Prior to running that business, Moti was the Head of Operations for the Resource Management Software Group, EMC’s $600m Systems Management division.

He graduated (Summa Cum Laude) from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, with a B.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering, and holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
