Dave Yarnold is the chief executive officer of ServiceMax, acquired by GE Digital in January 2017 for $1B. A veteran of the SaaS and Field Service industries, Dave believed in field service management’s massive potential nearly a decade ago and has been instrumental in building FSM into a thriving industry. Prior to ServiceMax, Dave led the global sales organization at SuccessFactors from inception through IPO.
